The Sunset Park Breast Portrait Project

I just came across this project on the Feministing blog and I had to share.

This art project is a feminist portraiture project focusing on cancer victims. It reminds me, once again, that there is no one kind of beautiful. Seeing the pride of the cancer victims showing off their 1-breast torso or their shrunken breasts honestly brought tears to my eyes. Each and every one of them was beautiful.
